The result was redirect to United States Senate election in Arkansas, 2008. I would delete, but content has been merged over to the election, so it's best to maintain attribution here. ansh666 20:21, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

This page should be deleted due to the subject of the biography having never held a political office in her life and having been out of politics for nearly a decade. The figure is not a national figure nor is she well known within Arkansas anymore. There is nothing notable about her, and given this, the WP:N would grant that this article should be deleted. - Merge with / Redirect to Green Party of the United States or United States Senate election in Arkansas, 2008 In addition to my previous 'reason why' for deletion, although she did break the record for the Green Party in a Senate Election, she does not need a separate article for this. This can be mentioned in the Green Party article or the Senate election article. Redditaddict69 (talk) 04:24, 28 July 2018 (UTC)

- Delete, but merge some content with at least the 2008 Senate Election in Arkansas. She's notable in the context of that election, but not enough to get her an article under WP:NPOL. SportingFlyer talk 22:57, 28 July 2018 (UTC)
- Done. Moved paragraph on the Rebekah Kennedy page (with a few edits) over to the Arkansas Senate election in 2008 page. Should be sufficient enough to cover her notability regarding that election. Redditaddict69 (talk) 03:31, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
- Delete Search shows lack of significant coverage in independent reliable sources, so fails WP:GNG. Has not held office or received significant press coverage for candidacy, so fails WP:POLITICIAN. Concur with above editor that single paragraph of 2008-specific content could be merged into United States Senate election in Arkansas, 2008. Bakazaka (talk) 23:02, 28 July 2018 (UTC)

- Delete, without prejudice against recreation of a redirect to the election article afterward (but delete the article first, since there's no value in retaining its edit history). People do not clear WP:NPOL just for running as candidates in elections they didn't win, but there's no evidence here that she has any preexisting notability for any other reason besides being an unsuccessful candidate — and the fact that a little bit of campaign coverage can be shown is not an automatic WP:GNG pass for a candidate either, because every candidate can always show some degree of campaign coverage, and the volume actually shown here is not enough to deem her a special case. - Delete this is a strong example of why the 2008 wild west approach to creating articles was a failure. We are still cleaning out the results of those dark days of unregulated Wikipedia growth.John Pack Lambert (talk) 01:09, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
- Agree with nominator to redirect to Green Party of the United States. No notability on its own. --1l2l3k (talk) 20:08, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
- Comment In addition, the article creator User:Kennedy2008 seems to be the campaign staff for Kennedy. The user created no other article but this one. Unsure that one is allowed to create an article about themselves / someone they know. Redditaddict69 (talk) 06:32, 2 August 2018 (UTC)
