the singers here are taiwanese indigenous people, i think, but by their regalia, they seem to be paiwan or rukai people, not 'amis or pangcah. usually we call the song "sibe heng heng." because of the use of chinese characters to represent the sound, it looks like "northeast wind," but that has nothing to do with the song, really. it's a folk song. most 'amis or pangcah people can sing it
