Love how just before he says "what do you see when you look at me" & walks away, Nikolai's subtle smirk instantly turns into a frown. He knows what time it is.
Nothing will ever beat the restaurant conversation between Denzel and Marton.
Beautifully written, shot and acted out.
Yes, I agree wholeheartedly. That actor from New Zealand was the perfect Russian Mafia Boss man
My words too
The deep stare with Denzel’s eye contact following the mafia kid all the way to the floor is the coldest thing in all the three movies for me. McCall always pays back the evil with punishment, but in this stare you see he really hate the mafia people while saying: “do you see who you fucked with?”. Absolutely incredible
Agreed. Marton is the ultimate bad guy.
Po😊
Are you warning me?? No. I am preparing you. Wow.. nice response.
Bro hitching a ride with dudes family is the coldest 🥶🥶🥶🥶
“See you at work”, even colder.

Notice how he doesn't turn his back to the threat until the threats daughter is in his hands.

Denzel is so good. I love any movie he's in. Feels natural when you watch him perform
I know he truly fits any role perfectly and makes any character seem easy to play and a believable one to
Denzel will forever be my favorite actor of all time. The way he delivers scenes and monologues just grips you in. The man is one talented actor no doubt! Im so glad I was able to experience his movies in my life time.

In this last movie, McCall was so much more colder than in the previous films. I love it.
Coldest i EVER seen em. Thats the way to do a last movie.
He was like the angel of death in the final kill scene

The confidence you have when you know your beast mode can outbeast mode anyone else's beast mode.
Beast mode. Do you even know what that terminology really means. I wonder if you would change your mind set if you did. The world is leading most people down a dangerous path and they don't even know it. And some don't even care. Read your Bible and open your eyes. Or make fun of what I'm saying and remain blind. 🤔
@carlbaltimore6092 you know, I know the etymology behind the word, and I has nothing o do with Satan or non-biblical... it would do you well to actually do a bit of reading and or study besides from other people who are also as deluded as you, that everything is satanic.
Also understand this. You folks who post Bible quotes and warnings like this all over the internet are one of the leading causes of the decline of kids in church, you are worse then vegans with your nonstop browbeating.
You Christians are the leading cause of the decline in the church, think about that, repent and do better (in all of your Christian life)
@@carlbaltimore6092you're trying to preach but are not understanding the actual meaning. They are not talking about going all evil like beast in bible, but the actual definition of it is animal, be it wild or domesticated, like beasts of burden, or in this term, lacking of any human traits and becoming like a wild animal.
@carlbaltimore6092
The bible is a book written by humans just like any other book. People in religious cults look at people not in religious cults as if they are better than everyone. The old my cult is better mentality.

Recently I binge-watched some old Denzel movies that I have in my database. Movies dating all the way back to his early works, Cry Freedom, The Mighty Quinn...culminating with his recent Equalizer trilogy series. By all accounts, Denzel is probably Hollywood's best actor of modern time. By modern times I mean early 80s onward. What we've seen in his Equalizer movies shows us how diverse his acting capabilities have developed and are most recently being portrayed to us the viewers...cold, methodical, ruthless...determined. Fantastic acting, Denzel. Thank you for your service that we've enjoyed for so long.
To me his greatest two roles were Malcolm X and Fences…. He should’ve won 2 more Academy Awards for them !!!!!!❤
Okay I havent really watched denzels movies like that, but i do think Man on Fire REALLY cemented the portrayal of denzel’s action character. Hurt, cold, methodical borderline OCD and a perfectionist till the mission is done.
Services???he is just another actor ...that's it.
He'll be sure to read this
what about keana reeves
The way he used his old military friends family as a safe way out of the situation to recoup and gather what he needed to fight was fucking brilliant
Also picking up the child as a shield so he could turn his back.
“When you pray for rain, you gotta deal with the mud too”
Denzel is one of the best actors of all time.
No doubt.
I think is the Absolute best for these roles, that's for sure ..
I never notice Denzel being anyone but Denzel. I never get a character, I always get Denzel. Even Training Day was Denzel. I never see a character. I feel like he just picks good roles for himself.- YET I'm not trying to troll or argue- just, I never forget it's Denzel- he seems like the exact same person in every roll. Accent NEVER changes. Disposition and posture never changes, he is always the same character. ***AND I'm watching the scene and FUGGIN LOVING IT!!!! I'm about to pull up EVER Denzel movie and watch em with my girl tonight. (took 23 seconds to get back in line 😅)
@dubbwire3198 you should check out Cry Freedom.....different range for him
💯
The look on his face as he leaves with his wife and children is absolutely priceless!
The crazy thing is those kids are probably safer than they will ever be in their life...
That line "My only disappointment is that I only get to do it once. " ooof
The way Denzel plays these roles is unmatched. His skillset is unmatched in his profession, and for me it has been a pleasure to witness his work through the years in real time.
A good man of love compassion and understanding. I almost feel like Denzel added that himself. Nice!
“See you at work” such class. Not only spoken in film but real life also. AND after threatening to kill them all 🤣 brilliance at it finest
21:30 is the best disarm I've ever seen. Doesn't knock it out of his hand, doesn't twist his wrist to make him drop it, he just snatches it.
Danzels success as a hit man is his captivating words, the fact that no one pulls the trigger in the middle of his speeches,
They let him finish talking.
You ever notice how, every once in a while you come across someone you absolutely shouldn't mess with.
For example, when Every Single Other Person in a room is terrified of you...and there is that one person that is
just sitting there staring at you....without any emotional outward expression...
Yeah, that is the person you should not have effed with.
Be that man. When needed. But not always.
Ugh
"When you pray for rain you've gotta deal with mud too" ❤
"Stop me if you know this one." 😅😎 No one is cooler than Denzel.
I like how in the restaurant scene the soothing piano continues to play in the background.
“When you look at me what do you see”
Two psychopaths
But Denzel can consciously control his psychopathy
Always loved every single movie he’s in it’s funny cause the reason he’s so good and so loved in general is not merely because he’s a good actor but because the characters he plays has got the demeanor men admire or at least should admire or strive to attain when he’s in character. Sure movies aren’t real but THAT is. Chaos within but humble to the world. Having the sword to do the damage and the skill to use it but you keep it sheathed until you need to use it.
Denzel is one of my favorite actors. On-screen he is the epitome of "fuck around and find out". And off-screen, he practices what he preaches.
I absolutely LOVE how he delivered a warning, not a threat. “Im preparing you”. You wouldnt believe a 50-60 yr random yr old black man in the middle of italy could make u shit yourself, he already made that conclusion, but he knows he will and he does.
One of the best movie series, Denzel absolutely nailed this role.
I love these little clips basically all they prove to is show people respect because you really do not know who can take you out
Know one can deliver lines quite like Denzel. Brilliant actor. ""For you I'll make an exception."" Beast Mode"".🙏
I do know someone like Denzels lines.
Would you make an exception for the devil. Evil is all around us. Most people see it as entertainment (movies and social media etc.)
@@carlbaltimore6092 I don't understand what the devil has got to do with me saying that he is a brilliant actor. I do know that the movie business is a very Dark place though. But I was only talking about him.🙏
I don't think he's such a great actor. He always seems the same in every role. He doesn't really have a great range as an actor

As someone who grew up watching the original series (actually lived very close to Edward Woodward and spoke to him while shopping as a kid) I was really worried when I saw another American remake of something British, but they actually did a really good job with these movies, very good!
Yes, I was doubtful about the American producing a series of Equalizer , however Denzel Washington and the Crew produced a very authentic take on the series.
The series from the 80s was American.
I didn’t even know there was a British version! Damn!
@P9rkour90 there isn't a British version, he's confused. The actor in original TV series was British, but it was made in America and written, produced and directed etc by Americans.
When queen Latifah was ridiculously chosen to play a man's role. Pathetic.
Denzel is such a good actor, elite if you will, he could play a fire engine and make you believe he really is one..
For real. I like the movie where he was a tree. Spectacular performance.
Would you believe that a strawberry is actually a ruby.
I'm not so sure. He always seems the same in every role to me. He doesn't really have a great range as an actor.

Denzel was born for that role so in control but out of control an deadly .... The shits crazy just to watch it unfold
When Denzel was pointing to Pedro and company but the pointing in a "shooting" fashion....ohhhh the foreshadowing....Brilliant scene!!!
Had the gun in his hand pointing at his face, “pain compliance” 😂
I had a karate instructor who showed me all of these techniques. He was in his 60’s me 20. He was unbelievable, he learned in Korea in the military from a shoalin monk refugee. I am now 70, and always had a slight build. So I gravitated to learning for survival. Never lost a street fight and was always picked on cuz I looked like a choir boy. My nickname in the Marines. Great scenes and true to form for a man who knows what he is doing.
Just stop. Those techniques are for movies and for basement dwellers to pretend like they are special. They don't work in actual combat. It has been proven time and time again.
You can do it to your little brother, congrats. But you don't know how to fight.
Hence why this movie series was made. For losers like you to fantasize

That's a movie that i will watch many time. This is showing the terror that many people town and businesses have to deal with from mafia Cartels and gangs.

I finally understand the story of the Russian boy. When he says “they ever find out who did it, some things were stolen something a child might take” he’s talking about how Teddy says he has no emotion, he has no desires but often people look in the wrong places. It never occurred to Teddy nor the boy that fear was the motive for their actions. It’s not some rationale to have power it’s genuine fear and Teddy watching his men die he knew his time was coming and he should walk away. Don’t allow fear to destroy everything you’ve gotten so far. Otherwise just like the parents who ALREADY had enough to live out the rest of their days made one critical error. This was him giving him the chance to walk away and to look within himself.
Know your Enemy.
Teddy was the boy. He told him his own story.
